Each person is only allowed to purchase maximum 4 Cat 1 tickets. Any person who purchase more than 4 Cat 1 tickets, the transaction will be invalid. A full refund will be returned and all transaction charges incur for the refund will be borne by the person who make the invalid purchase.

You must bring along your Passport and ticket confirmation slip sent by Faith & D Entertainment to collect the tickets. Your passport details will be checked against the transaction record at Faith & D Entertainment. There will be strictly no issuance of tickets if there is discrepancy between your passport details and the transaction record.
